Job Title Quality Assurance Analyst Job Description Quality Assurance Analyst (Murrysville, PA) The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for managing post market data analytics for the Sleep and Respiratory Care Business Group at Philips.
Your role:
Provide quality analysis associated with complaints and returns.
Provide analytics for product defect review boards and change control boards.
Preparation and support in project and quality systems audits and inspections involving product trends, data analytics, and monitoring methods.
Preparing data for design reviews, quality business reviews, and post market improvement teams.
Support the worldwide regulatory requirements through product submission, registration, and continued compliance through complete life cycle of medical devices.
Supporting Analytics for Continuous Improvement and New Product Development.
Performing statistical analysis for product trend reviews, compliant investigations, failure investigation, post market risk assessments, and corrective and preventive actions.
You're the right fit if:
You've acquired 3
years of experience in working on Class II and/or Class III medical devices, being an individual contributor and supporting metrics collection, data, and trend analysis for Corrective and Preventive Actions, Quality, and Management Reviews.
Your skills include a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, and a good understanding of SAP and Complaint Handling systems.
Experience coordinating recall/remediation activities.
Great attention to detail and strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively cross-functionally at all levels.
Working knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements.
You have a bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, statistics, economics, or computer science.
Ability to work in high demand environment with strong attention to detail while establishing positive cross-functional relationships.
